Unlimited National Banger World Championship Announcement

Spedeworth / Incarace are pleased to announce that the 2020 Unlimited National Banger World Championship will take place at Foxhall Heath Stadium, Ipswich on Saturday 3rd October at 5pm!

This news item will provide the information for spectators on how to purchase tickets and information for drivers regarding bookings. Please take the time to read this news item carefully to avoid any disappointment or misunderstanding.

Firstly, it must be re-emphasised that the event will be run whilst following the government guidelines regarding COVID-19 and spectator attendance and driver bookings will be restricted.

Please note that this event is strictly ADVANCED TICKET BOOKING ONLY! Tickets will not be issued on the day. Failure to produce a valid ticket will cause you to be refused entrance to the stadium. There are no exceptions to this rule.

DRIVERS INFORMATION

Race bookings for this event will be restricted and at time of this announcement race bookings are CLOSED!

Race bookings can only be made by calling our head office on 01252 322920. No other method of booking will be accepted.

World Championship Qualifying Drivers:- If you are registered to Spedeworth, Incarace and Mildenhall you will be contacted by us after the BWS round at Great Yarmouth Stadium on Sunday 20th September. Non-Spedeworth group qualifying drivers will be organised via your home promotion. Qualifying drivers will receive 2 free admission tickets (including the driver) only unless you hold Spedeworth mechanics licences and your mechanics are already registered.

Each driver is permitted a total of 4 people (including themselves) within their social bubble. This means if you do not have any registered mechanics you may purchase 2 additional tickets at time of your booking. At time of booking we will require the names of the people coming with you. Any other people will be required to purchase spectator admission tickets in advance and will NOT be permitted access to the pit area.

Last Chance Race Drivers:- Race bookings will be restricted. Bookings will open on Tuesday 22nd September 2020 at 9.30am. Bookings will initially only be accepted for drivers who are ORCi registered and a regularly active National Banger driver. Spedeworth group registered drivers must book in by calling 01252 322920. Non-Spedeworth group drivers MUST book in via your home promotion who will be given an allocated number of drivers we will be accepting per promotion. Once your booking is confirmed by your home promotion, they will then contact us to confirm your intention to race. At this point you will then be able to call our head office on 01252 322920 to complete your booking direct.

SPECTATOR INFORMATION

Tickets will be released in batches to ensure we can continue to adhere to social distancing regulations. Tickets can only be booked via our online ticketing system by clicking on this link:- https://spedeworthtickets.co.uk/ 

Tickets will go on sale on Monday 7th September 2020 at 9.30am.

For the 2020 Unlimited National Banger World Championship there will only be a General Admission ticket for sale and this will be priced at £50.00 per ticket. There are no concession tickets available for this event.

Please note that we WILL require a valid e-mail address and contact number when ordering your ticket(s) to be able to send your electronic tickets to you.

The spectator area of the stadium will be restricted to the Spedeworth / Yokohama Grandstands and the spectator entrance turnstiles area / back straight / scoreboard bend standing areas.

When booking your ticket(s) you will have the option of choosing either a GRANDSTAND ticket or a STANDING ticket. Please be aware that a STANDING ticket does NOT permit access to the seating in either the Spedeworth or Yokohama grandstands. You will have the option to choose the block you would like your seat(s) but specific rows and seats will be assigned by the system automatically. Whilst we will attempt to assign your seat(s) within your requested grandstand block, this cannot be guaranteed.

A maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased per order. Please note you MUST only purchase the amount of tickets you require as each order will only be assigned one e-ticket code and all tickets within that order will be required to enter the stadium at the same time as the e-ticket code can only be used ONCE!

When ordering your tickets you will go through the following process:-

• Select the tickets you wish to purchase.

• The delivery method of your tickets will be automatically assigned to our e-ticket system.

• Complete your details as specified within the process. Please check your email address is correct.

• If purchasing grandstand tickets with the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION box please state which block you would like your seats to be assigned. (Block allocation cannot be guaranteed).

• Complete your payment details.

• Order will now be complete.

On completion you will receive an email to show what you have ordered. This email is NOT your ticket confirmation.

Tickets will be processed in batches so please be patient as you may not receive your e-ticket straight away.

Once our team have processed your order you will receive an order update which will include your E-Ticket details and what to do next.

You MUST bring this e-ticket with you on your phone or a printed copy for our team to check prior to allowing your admission into the stadium.

Please also be aware that FACE COVERINGS are mandatory at this event and all persons MUST supply your own face covering. Failure to be wearing a face covering will cause your entrance into the stadium to be refused and no refund will be issued.

All spectators once checked and admitted into the stadium must remain in the stadium. If you wish to leave the venue at any time you may do so, but re-admittance will not be permitted.

Whilst we appreciate this is a lot to understand everyone must abide by the stadium rules whilst at the event. Failure to do so will result in eviction from the stadium.
