- Dat Jeroen Blekenmolen aanstaande zaterag 24 augustus aan de start staat op South Boston raceway in Vigina USA in de Late Models in een auto die hij daar huurt. Het is voor Jeroen de eerste keer dat hij rijdt op een short oval nadat hij al vaker was wezen kijken in op South Boston Raceway.
- Dat morgen Loris Hezemans mee gaat rijden met de Nascar Xfimity serieop de road track van Road America USA. Loris reed afgelopen winter al in de super late models op Smyrna speedway in Florida
- Dat 24 augustus ook autocross is in Abcoude de enige baan waar nog strobalen naast de baan liggen. Er komen 4 klasse aan de start, dames, eren, junioren en de sensatie klasse ( rodeo achtig ). Bij de heren rijden kevers, sprinters en gewone crosswagen mee door elkaar wat deze cross toch wel speciaal maakt. De cross begint om 12 uur.
